Dublin: And The Gang's All Here

We have Mitchel!  After quite the runaround from United Airlines, Mitch made it to Dublin safe and sound.  Unfortunately, we have no idea where his luggage is, but what good is having a brother if you can't borrow his clean socks every now and again?

Determined to make the most of our second day in Dublin, we walked down to the bus stop and headed into town.

St. Patrick's Cathedral, founded in 1191, was our first stop.

The boys.

We attended the afternoon evensong service led by an angelic choir.

We also swung by the Dublin Castle.  This used to be the seat of the UK government's administration in Ireland until 1922.  They had a little garden on the grounds so I got busy snapping photos of the spring flowers.

We road one of Dublin's double-level buses and had a scenic ride back to our home.

I couldn't resist snapping a few more pictures of spring flowers blooming around our neighborhood.

The night ended on a high note when Mitchel's bag successfully arrived at our front door.  It's official, the gang is all here with everyone and everything accounted for.  Let the adventure continue!
